The Central Coast Grown website is your resource to find, purchase and prepare local food. You can also use our site to locate your nearest Farmers market , CSA program or to browse our local farms and ranches. Don’t forget to check out some of our recipes that you can make at home!

This Mother's Day, treat your mom to gorgeous, locally grown flowers from Oak Park Flower Farm in Arroyo Grande.
Fresh-cut bouquets are available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from the self-serve flower stand located at 648 Vetter Lane, Arroyo Grande, and at many florists throughout the county.
The "Oak Park Flower Farm U-Pick Adventure" will take place on Saturday mornings beginning in May or June. Stay tuned, and visit Oak Park Flower Farm's website for the soon to be announced date of the Grand Opening Celebration for the U-Pick season.

MEZE strives to offer the community a place to cultivate flavorful experiences. Located in San Luis Obispo’s historic railroad district neighborhood, MEZE offers locals and visitors a retreat to enjoy local and exotic flavors. While most of their wines, and the majority of the items you’ll find in their specialty food market come from faraway lands, nearly all of the produce is locally sourced, as well as some of their artisan meats and cheeses.
